By week 7 (which, by the way is EXTREMELY early), the baby has little arms and legs, all major organs are forming, the heart is beating, the baby already has it's own blood type, hair follicles and nipples form and knees and elbows are visible. Facial features are also observable. The eyes have a retina and lens. The major muscle system is developed and the embryo is able to move. All that, and only the size of a BB.
